金鸡独立 - Jīnjīdúlì è una delle posizioni/passo fondamentali nello studio del kung fu wushu 功夫武术 cinese. Presente in stili diversi, è espressa in maniera differente e sta ad indicare una figura dove il soggetto si trova in equilibrio su una gamba.
In allenamento questa posizione/passo studiata nelle varianti che lo stile prevede si pratica sia in modo statico sia in modo dinamico per allenare la muscolatura funzionale all'equilibrio e alla coordinazione necessaria per l'espressione ottimale del gesto motorio.
Nel linguaggio cinese la metafora usata rende bene l'idea del perfetto equilibrio che viene richiesto. I lavori fondamentali saranno quindi incentrati sul rafforzamento della struttura 功架 - Gōngjià attraverso la ripetizione di una serie di schemi motori che seguano i principi dello stile che si pratica. Infine in un contesto di combattimento libero che sia a mani nude o con armi questa posizione assumerà a seconda della circostanza una valenza applicativa diversa.

金鸡 独立 - Jīnjīdúlì is one of the fundamental positions/steps in Chinese kung fu wushu 功夫 武术 study. Present in different styles it's expressed differently and indicates a figure where the subject is balanced on one leg.
During the training this position/step is studied in the variants that style provides and is practiced both in a static and dynamic way to train the functional muscles to balance and for train the necessary coordination for the optimal expression of the gesture.
In Chinese language this used metaphor make a good idea about perfect balance that is required. The fundamental works will therefore focus on strengthening the structure 功 架 - Gōngjià through the repetition of a series of motor schemes that follow the principles of the style that is practiced. Finally, in a context of free combat with bare hands or weapons this position will assume depending on the circumstances a different application.
